Coldwell Banker Realty

AI Intern

  • Evaluated business workflows for AI implementation opportunities and developed and tuned LLM solutions for specialized business use cases.
  • Primary software developer for Pheme (pheme.deals), built with a three-person team using Python, Next.js, and Supabase to automate real estate document preparation and client communication.
  • Implemented PDF field extraction and filling, client-data storage, and document delivery.
  • Integrated Twilio and Vapi for voice intake and communication workflows.

HOW IT STARTED

How I found the internship

One day, I was scrolling through Instagram Reels and came across an internship opportunity. It turned into a week of building Pheme and sitting down with entrepreneurs for lunch every day.

Summers 2025 & 2026

Providence Medical Technology

Research & Development Intern

  • Supported research and development for spinal implants and surgical instruments through mechanical design, testing, and engineering documentation.
  • Conducted verification and validation testing, evaluated mechanical behavior, and documented test methods and results.
  • Applied SolidWorks, prototyping, and hands-on testing to engineering design problems.
  • Supported cadaveric lab validation of implant deployment and instrumentation.

IT Consultant

  • Analyzed AI implementations and operational workflows; designed and tuned LLM solutions for business operations.
  • Built a Python integration with the Dropbox API to notify a physician of newly uploaded medical cases; deployed the workflow for limited use within the practice.
  • Reorganized the online file system to improve case organization and document retrieval.

One-summer venture

Old Greenwich Detailing

Co-founder · Summer venture

For one summer, I washed over 100 cars in my neighborhood through Old Greenwich Detailing. The experience showed me the value of entrepreneurship: finding a service people needed, putting in the work, and seeing an idea turn into something customers valued.

The venture ended after that summer, but the experience helped shape my interest in building products and businesses.
